Returning Members

We now require you to RENEW your membership. This is a two step process:

  1. Re-activate your membership with the club.
    • Go towww.rocs.ca to RENEW your membership online. In order to renew your athletes membership, you will need your existing PARENT login (or an athlete if 18&O - may use theirs) along with you password to login to the members area to renew. Please follow the steps to renew.
  2. In accordance with changes that Swimming / Natation Canada (the national swimming organization) has introduced, you need to register your membership with Swimming Canada (SNC).
    • The NEW SNC registration process asks you as users to record your personal information into their new online system. ROCS has been setting up accounts for you throughout the summer and now that you have chosen to renew your membership with ROCS, we will be activating those accounts for your input.
    • ROCS has created an account for your family and you should have received an email with a login and password. The login site is www.swimming.ca/registration.aspx
    • Go to the drop down menu Instructions and complete the registration process.
    • Click on Account Details and fill in the appropriate information. You may change your user name and password information.
    • Swimmer Information allows you to add swimmers to your account. Please ensure that you register each swimmer in your family. You may also choose to add another parent or guardian at this time. You may always log back in later to edit information.
    • Finally, register you swimmer with a club. ROCS is a Swimming/Natation Canada affiliated Swim Club. (Note: if Ravens of Carleton Swimming is not listed - you can log in and do this step once Swim Ontario activates our account).
