"ROCing" in the New Year - with Stellar performances in Perth!
 Fresh off the Christmas Training Camp, ROCS athletes travelled to the Mike Brown Meet in Perth on the weekend, to reap the rewards of their hard work. Special congratulations to EOSA qualifiers - Jordan Storm (Academy Black), Julian Mollot-Hill (Academy Red), and to Lianna Grace (Silver) for achieving a Provincial Qualifying time in the 800 Free, and to Naomi Cappuccino for achieving her level 2 Officials standing!

“Flying” at the Gatineau Meet!
 ROCS swimmers, coaches, and parents were “back and forth” across the bridge all weekend, as members swam in both the P1 and the Developmental categories at the beautiful new Gatineau facility. A very competitive field, Coach Nico described it as “a great meet, with outstanding swims, which was just awesome to watch”!
