Course Disputes Mar Outstanding Tri Performances!
Over the past two weeks ROCS Triathletes have once again been active at events around town, out of province and in the States, with some very exciting results! However, the National Championships in Magog Quebec where a number of our athletes competed was fraught with course problems – for most, the stories have happy endings!

Heat Doesn’t Wilt Tri Performance!
Congratulations to ROCS Triathletes who during this past two weeks have competed at home (Meech Lake and Carleton Place), out of province (Saskatoon), and out of the country (San Francisco and Rhode Island). While many of us were scurrying inside to the air-conditioning, these athletes were not only racing in the heat, but also posting excellent results!
